Hibird Apartment & Suites Hotel

Recognizing the potential of this prime location, we decided to convert the twelve-unit multifamily building into an apartment hotel. The project, named Stay HiBird, offers 27 earth-toned, welcoming apartment and suite units, providing a homely yet luxurious experience to our guests.

Our commitment to quality and superior guest experience led us to invest $10 million in renovating this property. Among the key enhancements were a double-floor parking garage with a capacity for 33 cars, a pool, and the addition of two penthouse suites, each featuring a jacuzzi. These penthouse suites have gained recognition as some of San Juan’s most sought-after short-term rental units, consistently garnering rave reviews from our guests.

Stay HiBird was Hibird Hospitality Group’s first venture into independent hotels, giving us the opportunity to showcase our unique brand of hospitality. The operation is managed using the hotel industry’s top tech software for communication, revenue management, and self check-in capabilities, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences for our guests.
