In 2016, Hibird Hospitality Group embarked on its journey into the hotel management industry with the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express Condado.
This marked a significant milestone for our company, as it was the first hotel in our portfolio to be both owned and managed by us. The Holiday Inn Express, located at the heart of Condado, boasts 115 units and provides limited services, ensuring a focused and efficient hospitality experience. Its strategic location within walking distance of the beach, casinos, and some of Puerto Rico’s most renowned hotels enhances its appeal to guests. After a substantial, $5 Million renovation of all rooms and common areas, we were able to upgrade to Holiday Inn Express Formula Blue status.
